Sociodrama in Brazil Square

Conducted together with the fitness group from Belterra's Health Academy, sociodrama is a technique that combines theater and psychology: the community itself performs and processes, in a group setting, issues related to mental health. A light and collective way to name what is often kept silent.

Awareness toll

On the highway, the team carried out an 'awareness toll': they stopped traffic to distribute flyers and psychoeducational materials on mental health, bringing information and support to those passing by — drivers, residents, and local workers.

Circle of care

In a circle, hands on shoulders, the community gathers to talk, listen, and care. Group support was one of the gestures that best captured the spirit of the expedition: no one takes care of their mental health alone.
