Riverine and indigenous peoples are the guardians of the forest. Caring for them is caring for the biome. Your donation pays for the fuel, the medicines and the surgical supplies of the next expeditions, and turns into appointments, surgery, treatment and care.

Is it safe to donate on Zoé's website?
The donation happens inside this website, with no intermediary platform: you fill the form once and are never sent elsewhere. The recipient is Associação de Apoio à Saúde de Populações Remotas, tax ID 43.982.556/0001-33, with independent external audits in every financial year since 2023, always unqualified, and the Selo Doar A+ for management and transparency. The audit opinions and the documents are published on the transparency page.
What if I want to cancel my monthly donation?
You can cancel or pause whenever you want, with no bureaucracy and without explaining anything. You can do it yourself in the donor portal, signing in with the same email you gave when donating, and an email or a WhatsApp message works too. The next charge simply does not happen.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Zoé issues an annual receipt with the total donated in the year, under the tax ID you provide at checkout. It arrives by email and is also available in the donor portal.
Monthly PIX or card: what is the difference?
For monthly PIX we use Pix Automático: you provide your tax ID and authorize the charge once, in your bank app, and from then on it happens on its own every month. For monthly card payments we do not ask for a tax ID; the charge recurs like any subscription.
Who do I talk to if I have a question about my donation?
The Zoé team, by email at contato@ongzoe.org or on WhatsApp. In the donor portal you can also follow your donations, your subscriptions and your receipts without having to ask anyone.
Can I donate in US dollars or another currency?
Yes. The checkout accepts Brazilian reais, US dollars, euros and British pounds. Outside reais, payment is by card, because PIX works in Brazilian reais only. Cards issued in Brazil can only be charged in reais, even international ones.
Can I choose where my donation goes?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message and we will agree on where your donation goes.
