About the expedition

Light on Mental Health during the 14th January White Expedition

Zoé, an NGO committed to health in Amazon communities, began 2023 focusing on mental health. In its 14th expedition to the Belterra Psychosocial Attention Center, the team conducted 77 consultations and trained 12 local residents in emotional stabilization protocols. This work, carried out by 6 volunteer psychologists who dedicated 135 hours, represents a significant step toward strengthening mental health in the Amazon. Zoé invites everyone to contribute to this noble cause.
